I'm so glad that you and your mom laughing together with my blog :D I feel good, so thank you for telling me that! As for your questions, you should check my OCD What!? post and maybe get some answers, if I correctly understood your questions. If not, ask me again, I'll be happy to answer!

You're lucky for having a support from your mom, just to remind you ;)

Like you I found it refreshing to be able to put a name to what my family would call eccentric behavior. My triggers are pretty much the same.. Eating yawning pen clicking. All drive me insane which is why I'm happy to have dinner alone rather than make my loved ones feel bad about how they eat. It starts like could you guys eat quietly to omg did you grow up in a barn!?! I'm relieved but not since I still have to deal with these things.. I go to bed pretty much every night wearing headphones to drown out other sounds. Do you find that you are "particular" about other things? Doing things in a certain manner.? Obsessive about other things?
Thank you for this blog I'm literally sitting here reading it to my mom and we're laughing. Not because it's funny but because we've experienced it and I'm not the only one!
